Ladies and Gents! You're supposed to fail. We all have out setbacks. We slip off that wagon more often than we care to count. But let's think clearly for once. Don't just read the quote and think "Catchy, dude!" "That'd be nice on a hallmark card" Study it! What does it mean to you? The only way you'll EVER succeed is to FAIL. Then FAIL again! Fail until you run out of fails! Try comparing this to your life on METAPHOR as well as REALITY! It's a nice thing to say but at the end of the day EXERCISE is about DEMOLITION then REJUVINATION! You do that 1 too many burpees that it rips your muscle fibres. Your body reacts and almost literally thinks "Shit! I am NOT ready for that!" It leaves and evolves so it becomes BETTER. Those fibres REPAIR and STRENGTHEN. Repeat this process. Learn to DIE! Then rise from the ashes. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO FAIL! Make Monday a day of resting from negative thought and action. Do something positive for a change! #WilLBfit #workout #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fail #success #gym #strength #phoenix

THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT!

THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT!
I'm sorry guys but the fastest, healthiest and longest lasting way to lose weight you're gonna have to be exercise.
You're fooling yourself if you don't.
Now if you work at least the recommended 3-5 times per week according to the FITT principles of fitness, it is VITAL that you gain more protein throughout the day!
1lb of bodyweight = 1gram of protein!
The only way you'll get this comfortably is by using protein shakes.
Have you ever thought "well I'm doing everything right for weight loss. Exactly what it says on the tin and I'm STILL not losing weight"
Perhaps it's the inability to process certain foods....
Great protein sources for some are eggs, milk, whey, pulses, wheat, soya and nuts.
However, 70% of us are allergic to wheat, around 50% have an intolerance to milk (whey is made from the curd of cheese by the way), pulses and soya are hard for our bodies to digest often due to the herbicides/pesticides that they react with to help them grow, some to eggs, and I don't even need to tell you how many people are allergic to nuts.
It's almost certain that we're ALL allergic to at least one of these!
The issue we have is that we don't know if we are intolerant to most foods.
For example, people think they'll be ill if they're intolerant.
This is only half true. Only the real severe cases.
Do you know how else allergies manifest in our bodies? No energy, stomach bloating, or even the body storing it at Fatty Deposits around your hips. It is too sensitive for these foods so it does not understand how to digest them.
You'll then release more oestrogen (fat producing hormone) to compensate for this malfunction.
SO WHAT CAN I DO, LUKE?!
A protein like Arbonne.
Gluten (wheat, oats) free, egg free, lactose (milk) free, vegan protein.
Made from rice and pea protein, giving you plenty of vitamins and amino acids (the building blocks of protein) in just a couple of mouthfuls.
Try to just replace breakfast then use one straight after a workout.
See where it goes from there.
Please understand that without protein, your muscles can not grow or recover. If they can't recover, your metabolism will be a slow metabolism and you won't be able burn off calories as easy.
So let's end on this repetitive note -
THE MORE MUSCLE YOU HAVE, THE FASTER YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT.
If you're interested in what I've said ad think it's the right thing to do, as I do.... Then please check out the WilL B fit Approved link below:

What Is An Athlete???

What is an athlete?

This word is one we grow to aspire to or be in awe of.

Yet, it has antagonised me over the years -

From what I've heard, the definition of an athlete is someone who trains specifically to their sport. Someone who is at the top of their game and cares not what they look like, nor what they become, nor what the implications of how their training affects then later in life, EVEN if it's hastens their mortality.

You're the worlds strongest man, weighing around 23 Stone+
Tell me how far you run without getting tired? Can you handstand? Are you even able to tie your laces ready without getting out of breath?

You're a marathon runner, you make your legs as endurable as possible, then subjecting your upper-body to neglect, deformation, hunching, placing pressure on your most vital organs, let me know how many REAL push ups, pull ups, even squats you can do
Can you be functional?

Are either of these examples being true to all the human body actually offers?

No disrespect to people who ARE indeed at the top of their game in their particular genre but for me, that's not what an athlete is

My version of 'athlete'.

Becoming the perfect human

We're here to be the greatest all-rounders

Strong - but not a heavy burden to joints. Make the weight you have a greater quality.

Fast - but not sacrificial of function and flexibility for added pace.

We can train specifically towards our goals if that is what we wish down to the fine points -

but more than anything, I believe we should become more confident within our own skin, however hopefully keep ourselves grounded and humble, remembering always that it takes hard work to be GREAT!

Training with WilL B fit will not just give you the answers for here and now, but will add elements of longevity so you can still be the man and kick some ass when you're 87!

My belief - athleticism is on a never-ending spectrum and we can all be part of it if we try
Just the ones who give more - gain more.

The vast majority of us began this journey on the low end of this spectrum and at some INSANE moment believed we could accomplish the impossible... And achieved it!

It's difficult to comprehend or admit but...

We are athletes!

We strived for greatness.
We have earned the position we're in.

NOW REPEAT THE PROCESS!

Aftershoks - Amazon

WilL B fit approves!
Trialled a pair this week!
A lady came into the gym and was complaining that she couldn't wear headphones as she didn't like the way they feel.
Not even an hour later, someone let me have a go of their pair of earphones that weren't actually 'ear' phones called 'Aftershoks'.
After a bit of research, I've been wanting a pair of these beauts since!
Bone Conducting Technology - meaning that you do NOT even put them in your ears!
You can still listen to your music just as loud, yet when someone wants a conversation with you, it is zoned out by your subconscious!
It's much safer for your hearing. Also, it's much easier to listen for traffic  mid-run. These are also Marathon Approved.
I haven't found them cheaper than this.
Awesome buy!

Fitness is one of the few things in this life that is FAIR!

Having a good weekend?
GOOD! YOU EARNED IT!
Last week was one of the hottest weeks in WilL B fit where milestones were reached and satisfaction was NOT given, but TAKEN!
That's what it's all about, folks!
Small, realistic goals hit week after week, month after month! Until the dream is given!
NO luck involved, NO once in a lifetime opportunities!
But gained through EFFORT and SELF-BELIEF!
Fitness is one of the few things in this life that is FAIR!
If you complain about not having it, that's because you haven't worked for it!
If you have it, and continue to look after it, no bully can EVER take it away from you!
And finally, the more you look after it, the greater it becomes and the greater YOU become!
Why do you think we're all so OBSESSED!
